Every order is prepared with care, from the time it is placed to the time it arrives.

To reduce unnecessary waste and keep our products accessible, many of our items are shipped directly from trusted global fulfillment partners. This helps us offer practical pet essentials with efficient and thoughtful delivery.

All orders are reviewed and prepared before shipment.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and local shipping conditions.

3. Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking updates to appear after the shipping label is created.

A delay in tracking updates does not necessarily mean the package has not shipped.

4. Customs Duties & Taxes

International orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis.

This means:

• Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees
• ringeldew is not responsible for customs-related delays
• Customs rules vary by country and may affect delivery timing

5. Changes or Cancellations

If you need to update your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us at:

within 12 hours of placing the order.

After processing begins, we may not be able to make changes or cancel the shipment.

6. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Damaged items
If your item arrives damaged, please send us clear photos within 72 hours of delivery. We will review the issue and assist with a replacement when applicable.

Lost or stolen packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, ringeldew is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels.

If your package shows as delivered but cannot be found, please check with neighbors, household members, or contact the carrier directly to submit a claim.

We are happy to provide tracking support, but we cannot issue refunds for packages confirmed as delivered to the address entered at checkout.
